7. I have gone as far in the Fantauzzi family all the way to where they came from. They came from the Island of Corsica. From la comuna de Morsiglia , Corsica. Angel Francisco Fantauzzi Vincentelly was born June 27, 1825 in Morsiglia , Corsica.
In 1841 he came to Puerto Rico and was single and living in Guayama, PR. He was the owner de un comercio al por mayor. En el 1872 era propietario de una Merceria en Arecibo, PR donde recidia con su esposa Elisa Miller Salgado y sus 5 hijos. Elisa, Agueda, Juana, Emma y Francisco todos de appellidos Fantauzzi Miller. Los padres de Angel Francisco Fantauzzi Vincentelli son: Juan Fantauzzi y Agueda Vincentelli from Morsiglia, Corsica. I got the information from Angel Francisco Fantauzzi Vincentelli's death certificate. He died in 1885 in Arecibo, PR. In all the documents I have the name is Miller not Muller.
I have a lot of documents to include y grand father going to NY in 1926 before my mom was born. I have birth Certificates of Luz Maria, Dora, Milagro, Romeo, Luis and the others. I have the certificate of death of Santiago Gonzalez Negron and some of His children. I am going crazy with documents.

8. In his book Enrique Vivoni Farage "Los corsos americanos" says that the family come from Morsiglia in the Cap Corse and adds that the family had been in Puerto Rico since 1795 (115). They were the owners of the Central Lafayette where their house is still standing.
